Delete your QuitMate account and data

You can request deletion of your QuitMate account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the email address used for your QuitMate account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete QuitMate account.
3. Include your registered QuitMate email address in the message.

Data deleted

When your request is processed, QuitMate deletes account data associated with your account, including:

• Account profile details such as name and email address
• Quit profile, recovery settings, cravings, relapses, and progress history
• AI coach chat history stored for your account
• Community posts and replies that are linked to your account

Retention

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some limited information may remain in backups, security logs, or records where retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, or platform security reasons.
